If your a computer user sooner or later you have an encounter with a virus, mal-ware or spyware.  We can fix it and we save your data!  While lots of repair shops just wipe out your computer and reinstall the programs we go the extra mile - remove the virus and fix what it has damaged.  Is it harder - yes!  Does it take longer - yes!  Do we loose your pictures and music - NO!  In rare cases where we do have to "start from scratch" we can almost always backup your critical data before we start work, inspect it for virus's and then restore it to a repaired system.

Our maximum virus removal cost is $190 - no matter how long it takes to repair the system.  Usually we can repair most infections for much less than that!  This of course does not include additional hardware or fixes to the system but it does include a complete cleanup of your computer.

Slow System - Computer Cleanup

Most people replace their computers every few years because they get slower.  While there are a couple of causes for this, the biggest one is because they accumulate lots of temporary files and "junk" that slows down the performance of the machine.  When we clean a machine up, we remove all of the accumulated garbage, then update the system - this includes the operating system and more importantly the underlying machine software drivers and firmware.  This makes your computer in many cases perform better than it ever has!

It is also just as important to clear the dust and dirt from your computer system.  This build-up over time has the effect of adding a layer of insulation to electronic components that are very heat sensitive.  We give every system that comes into the shop a through cleaning inside and out, insuring that it performs well for you when you get it home.

Since we have it here, talk to our techs about what you can do to make it perform better.  Most often a simple and inexpensive hardware upgrade or replacement can take that bargain system and turn it into a screaming machine that is a pleasure to use.  Generally the only thing you miss out on then is the trip to the coffee pot while waiting for your computer to do something.
