  3. We will give you a PIN number.
  4. Enter the PIN number - Click the Button
    Enter your 6-digit PIN code:
  5. Get your PC Fixed

All remote support sessions are billable at our normal in-shop rates, currently $75.00 per hour. You will be asked for credit card information prior to receiving support unless you have a prior arrangement with The BitWorks.
