Normal Pricing during Business Hours: $75.00 per hour Post-repair Support: Free for the first 20 minutes of session, additional time may be allowed at the technicians discretion. Web Site Hosting Support: Free setup of one e-mail account in Outlook or Outlook Express for customer's hosting their site with The BitWorks, Inc. Additional fees will be charged for after hours support.Payment: At Time of Service with valid Credit Card, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express By invoice if you have a prior billing arrangement with us.
