We do our best to provide the best rates available to our customers. The following rates apply to computer repair service calls.

Computer Repair Rates:

In - Shop Hourly Rate (aka Bench Rate)   - $75.00 per hour

We do have special rates for many common in-shop services including hard disk replacement or virus removal.

On - Site Your Location - $95.00 per hour + trip charges

Diagnostic Charges

We charge $35.00 for diagnosis of problem computers in our shop.  If you choose to move forward with a repair or upgrade, we waive that charge.   All on-site visits have a $50.00 minimum.

Trip Charges

Within a 3 mile radius of Taylors Falls, Minnesota:

• $7.50 Trip Charge
• All on-site calls have a $50.00 minimum
• Once a diagnosis is made we can generally quote you a price for the complete repair

Calls outside of 3 mile radius:

• $1.20 per mile - Round Trip
• Service Plan Clients - $.90 per mile - Round Trip

After hours calls:

• In-home calls by appointment - Standard Rates
• After hours emergency calls + $30.00 per hour
• Holiday emergency service + $50.00 per hour
